Working closely with the SALT team, we helped develop the key art for the Wyoming Blockchain Symposium to help showcase the natural beauty of Wyoming while also ensuring we kept with the similar flat art style used in other SALT events. This final design turned out beautifully and looked fantastic on all our printed assets and LED wall!
WBS featured 1 general session stage, hosting a wide variety of sessions throughout two content days. In order to introduce speakers during these sessions, we didn’t want to just do some simple VOGs, we decided to create animated speaker walk on graphics which made everything feel more like a show.
Because the stage features a large LED wall behind the speakers, we built the walk ons into 3 different assets. The first being an animate in, transitioning from the show logo to reveal the speakers, a second adding in an animated step and repeat, and the third transitioning out back into the show logo. You can see fully assembled examples below.
One major asset we included on all of the screens throughout Glasshouse was a sponsor loop, this showcased all the event sponsors, ensuring they get the exposure they were expecting during the event. This loop also ran on the LED wall in the main stage while we were on session breaks.
The Inspiration for the sign used in this sponsor loop was taken from the Grand Teton National Park sign! We wanted to tie back into the area and really hit it home that this event was held in Jackson Hole just outside of Grand Teton National Park!
Like most events in 2024, we live streamed WBS to YouTube for those not able to attend to still gain value from the event. Because of this, we built lower third graphics for speakers.
Along with developing the Key Art used for WBS, we also assisted with the creation of print signage and digital signage assets for use throughout the Four Seasons along with on our transport vehicles moving attendees around from the Airport and Off-Site events. Produced in partnership with one of our regular NYC vendors, the fabric signage was manufactured and shipped to Jackson Hole allowing for significant cost savings versus producing everything locally.
