Choyce Creative was tasked with delivering seamless production across three concurrent stages. Each stage needed to function independently while maintaining a consistent design and cohesive event feel. Our responsibilities included full-scope content creation, from motion graphics to digital signage, all aligned with iConnections’ branding. Additionally, we managed third-party vendors to ensure smooth technical execution. The objective was simple yet challenging: deliver a flawless experience where every session felt connected, no matter the room.

Challenges

The Fontainebleau Miami Beach presented unique challenges with its irregular ballroom layouts, making it difficult to design stages that ensured optimal visibility and attendee flow. Time constraints added another layer of complexity. We had just one day to set up three fully operational stages, one day for rehearsals, and then needed to flip the event space overnight to accommodate one-on-one meeting setups. Additionally, budget limitations required us to strategically allocate resources while maintaining the event’s high production standards.

Our Approach

To tackle the venue’s irregular layouts, we adapted our stage designs creatively to fit each space while ensuring clear sightlines and a cohesive visual identity across all stages. We emphasized flexible, modular setups that could be quickly adjusted as needed.

With tight time constraints, our team operated with military precision. We established detailed schedules, prioritized tasks, and coordinated closely with vendors to maximize efficiency.
